Next Live Blogging Event – Weird and Wonderful Wedding World Show!

Next weekend, I’m off for an adventure with the lovely Cassie of Cake Top Characters, to the Weird and Wonderful Wedding World Show in Bristol!

I’m super excited to be live blogging the event, which looks set to be, “an evening of fabulousness in the amazing At-Bristol Science Centre – a wedding venue with a real WOW factor!”

If you think you’ll enjoy an evening of music, cocktails, dancing and fashion, then look no further. And if you’re getting married – well, that’s just a bonus!

The show will features some truly weird and wonderful wedding suppliers, along with entertainment in the form of jugglers, close-up magicians, and living statues! There’s also a ‘man crèche’ where your doting other can occupy himself whilst you pour over wedding loveliness.

The event is being organised by the hugely talented Emily Fisher, who runs Fishee Designs Photo Booth, and the equally amazing Ali Cook from Bristol Vintage.

Emily says: “Although we both love vintage, there are some amazing alternatives, all standing out from the crowd in their own unique way. Couples clearly want to start adding a splash of colour and coolness to stamp their personal style on their big day – and this is the place to find those touches. It doesn’t have to be virgin white all the way you know – it’s your big day, after all, and really should reflect your personality!”

Ali adds: “Over the years we have found and met some amazing suppliers and friends and we want to share our combined love of the weird and wonderful wedding world with you! (We really just want everything we love and wish we could have for ourselves under one roof!!)”

If you can’t make the event, then keep an eye on Dotty Vintage Weddings throughout the day for live blogs, updates and video clips. Also, check out my social media networks and search for the hashtag #wwwwbristol. You can find me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube!

Pre-register to gain FREE entry to the event, and enjoy a free Kir Royal on arrival. Tickets will be available on the day at a cost of £5.00. Doors open at 6pm, and the event runs until 11pm on Saturday 13th April 2013.

Lots of love,

Laura xx
